Pastoral Institute
Jesus said to his disciples, If you love me, feed my sheep (John 21:17). This was very important to Jesus Christ. The qualities that made Jesus a good shepherd are the same qualities that show that one is a good leader, a church worker, and a pastor. Therefore, our pastoral ministry is aimed at:
1) Training Christians in evangelism. This is to teach them how to search for the lost, rescue them at all costs, and bring them to the house of the Lord. (Luke 15:3-7).
2) Training pastors how to feed the sheep by teaching the word from the word of God (John 21:17)
3) Helping pastors understand the ministry
4) How to be a good shepherd (John 10:11)
5) The act of shepherding. (listening, offering protection, and sacrificing).

Ministry to the Physically Challenged
People often question the goodness and power of God due to the difficulties associated with disability. At The Potter’s Workshop, our aim as a ministry is to: 1) Reach out to people with disabilities and welcome them into the life cycle of the church.
2) Teach Christians to show respect, acceptance, and assistance to all disabled people.
3) Make it easy for the physically challenged to worship by extending other means of transportation services, as needed, to those of limited mobility so that they might participate in church activities.
4) Help them to recognize their spiritual gifts, to enable them to serve and be served as well, and by so doing, to include their gifts in the body of Christ. which is the Church

Other Ministries
Children Ministry: Our Children Ministry keeps growing weekend after weekend to the glory of the Lord. The scripture says we should train our children in the way they should go so that when they grow, they will not depart from it. (Proverbs 22:6). As a church, we train and guide the little ones in accordance with the word of God (the Bible).
Women Ministry: The women ministry is a strong pillar of the church at The Potter’s Workshop. All women are treated equally and fairly. They meet and bring out wonderful ideas for building the Kingdom of the Lord.
Men Ministry: The men ministry, since its formation, has been one of the strongest learning platforms for our men. Every man is empowered to be a strong and good leader, a better husband, and the true head of the family, as ordained by God.
Youth Ministry: Our youth ministry was established to develop the youth spiritually, morally, and intellectually for the Kingdom of God and for the benefit of the community at large. They are equipped at all times to withstand the temptations of this world.
